“Dr. Kara Wada is ground breaking! She is talking openly and honestly about having autoimmune disease. She brings scientific knowledge of her own and of experts in the field. This is much needed information on autoimmune disease which is so confusing. She validates everyone out there living with these diseases and provides us with great information in an entertaining and digestible form. I can't recommend highly enough!! “

“I've enjoyed all of Dr. Wada's presentations, she is able to combine accurate, scientifically based information with the reassuring compassion of someone who truly understands what it is to live with autoimmunity. The episode on hives I thought was especially great, detailed background on etiology and treatment, and also consolation. She is a gem!“
