- Coordination of necessary laboratory tests, imaging, and technology downloads
- A 15-minute follow-up phone call within 30 days to review results and finalize your care plan
This consultation allows you to experience our care approach firsthand. If you decide we're a good fit, you can apply your consultation fee toward a membership plan, ensuring continued support.
