For patients who have completed their initial evaluation, continuing care options provide ongoing support, progress tracking, and plan adjustments based on evolving needs. Ideal for patients with stable allergic and immunologic conditions, our follow-up service offers focused care for non-members through one to two annual visits.
We'll review your test results during these scheduled appointments and adjust treatments as needed. This streamlined option includes diagnostic test ordering, evaluation, and prescription management at the time of the appointment.
For patients requiring more frequent care, we offer an easy transition to our membership programs.
Standard Allergy/Immunology Follow-Up Visit – $200
For targeted check-ins and quick symptom management.
What’s Included:
- 25-minute follow-up consultation
- Symptom evaluation and plan adjustments
- Ideal for minor concerns and quick treatment updates
- Necessary laboratory and imaging tests will be ordered prior to this visit and will be discussed at the appointment and confirm the next steps.
- If more than two visits per year are needed, patient will be required to convert to a membership plan.
What’s NOT included:
- We are unable to provide prescription services without ongoing care through our membership program or scheduled follow-up visits. This policy helps ensure safe and effective medication management.
- In-between visit communication.
- Access to Dr. Wada and the team via text/email or patient portal.
Extended Allergy/Immunology Follow-Up Visit – $350
For in-depth progress evaluation and treatment refinements.
What’s Included:
- 50-minute follow-up consultation
- Comprehensive review of progress and symptom changes
- Adjustments to medication, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations
- Necessary laboratory and imaging tests will be ordered prior to this visit and will be discussed at the appointment and confirm the next steps.
- If more than two visits per year are needed, patient will be required to convert to a membership plan.
